2/2/2009Welcome back to the original Kaxxi.com.mt!During this past year we have been working on many other projects, such as the Malta Utility Bill Calculator (http://www.mybill.com.mt) and the Malta Online Directory (http://www.directory.com.mt) to name a few. However we have also been listening to your feedback. Many of you were asking: "Where did Kaxxi go?" It seems the brand Kaxxi! was actually more popular than we had originally thought, and we realized that while rebranding as Riklami.com.mt helped explain the nature of the website in a way, Kaxxi.com.mt stuck more in people's heads, possibly due to its originality.
So here we are, back to the old Kaxxi.com.mt! BUT with the following improvements of course:
- Adverts are perpertual - you buy them once, and they're forever!
- We have revised the price for each "kaxxa" to just €2.50, including VAT!
- Online payments using your credit card are now possible for immediate activation!
And of course, the website is available in both Maltese and English, like the original! Let us know what you think about it by submitting your feedback here!

We have been listening to you and worked on providing a more user friendly website that is simple and easy to understand! The new name - Riklami.com.mt - has been chosen to reflect more the nature of our business. The website is now available only in English, which solves the problem of finding correct translations for technical jargon, and makes it easier for us to keep the website up to date.
We will be using however the new slogan: Own a piece of Maltese Internet history! Reason being: From now onwards, adverts are forever! Yes that's right - this means that our customers only pay once and the adverts do not expire! This is what makes Riklami.com.mt unique in its business model, besides being the only Maltese website of its kind. By purchasing ad space on Riklami.com.mt, you will be locking in a perpertual reservation. We are giving a minimum guaranteed period of 5 years, but will shall do our best to keep the website online for much longer than this! So reserve your ad space today because the space is limited!

1/3/2007Kaxxi Announces New PricingAs from 1 March 2007, pricing will be Lm1+VAT / €2.33+VAT* per block for 1 year.
The February offer of Lm1 / €2.33* per block for 3 years was very well-received, but of course this was just for February and does not even cover a fraction of our expenses. The new pricing of Lm1+VAT / €2.33+VAT* per block for 1 year compromises on the period to keep the price as low as it can get.
Now YOU too can have your ad on Kaxxi and drive visitors to your website! :-)

We do not like publicising this fact on TV. The actual figures will be published later on after the close of the fiscal year, when we draw up our accounts.

The Million Dollar Homepage Fever Hits Malta

All the adverts on kaxxi.com.mt are related to Maltese entities, making it easier for Maltese people to locate any services they desire. The website is available in both Maltese and English.
It doesn't stop there! Ten Cents Marketing Ltd commits itself to donate 10% of its total revenues to charitable institutions, in particular, Id-Dar tal-Providenza, and urges other companies to adopt similar (maybe not so radical) policies. A chunk of the funds are reserved for marketing the website itself, both locally and internationally. The company's vision is to adopt a terminus of Maltese-owned websites. What if, for instance, one forgets the URL of a website? A quick visit kaxxi.com.mt followed by a click on the website's logo will take the customer there in no time. At a price of Lm10 for a single kaxxa for 3 whole years, kaxxi.com.mt is the ultimate online marketing deal, and will ensure that a client's website gets the hits it deserves. With the availability of the big, hover-over images, one does not even need to have a website to put up an advert!
Customers enrolling before the end of August will receive a 90 day trial period completely free of charge, with no payment obligations. All customers will receive a password that will enable them to manage their kaxxi during the period of ownership. Kaxxi.com.mt's existing clientele can be seen online. Customers can now manage their space online by logging into our Customer Area! This allows customers to update their ad image, the ad tagline and their contact details! A password is required (also changeable from the Customer Area), which we will be sending out to our customers very soon. New customers will get their password as soon as their ad is activated!
- BIIIIG Ads!
Customers can now have bigger versions of their ads that show up when the user moves his mouse over their space! Check it out to see what we mean!
- Website-less Ads!
Don`t have a website to brag about? No problem! Use the Big Ad feature, and let Kaxxi do all the bragging! When a user clicks on a Website-less Ad, a popup window will show the large image, on which you can put more information.
- Improved Zoom!
The new zoom feature is smoother and more pleasant to use. Go ahead and check it out!
Please note that the hit count per ad has been removed from public view. Customers can view their ad's hit count by logging into the Customer Area. The Top 10 Sites are of course still available here. Big Ads are limited to 200x200 pixel and cannot be larger than 250 kBytes. Larger Ads will be resized proportionally and automatically.

1/8/2006What's keeping us busy...Right now our team of developers is working on a user area, in which our customers can log on and manage their ads! For instance, a customer may wish to change the image or the tagline of her ad, or simply update her e-mail address! All this will be automated in the next few days.
Furthermore, our marketing team is working on getting a Kaxxi Ad for The Sunday Times and a corresponding press release... will keep you posted! :)

31/7/2006Bigger Ads!Since some of you have been asking, we are now permitting the online reservation of more than 10 blocks. We will be activating these blocks once payment is received. The space will be reserved for 3 years plus an extra 90 days to cover the initial offer. Payment can be done either by cheque or through Internet Banking (BOV or HSBC). Payment details are given once you select your blocks here.
Reservations of 10 blocks or less are still free of charge for a period of 90 days. Hurry up though, because the offer is only valid until the end of August!

Kaxxi now also fully supports the Maltese language, e.g. the tagline for your website can be in Maltese as well!
